TOKYO, May 25, 2006 - Elpida Memory, Inc., Japan's leading global supplier of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), today decided candidates for the positions of directors in accordance with a decision taken by the Board of Directors convened today. The selections are subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting on June 27, 2006.
