Rexchip is honored with the 'Green Environment Award' From the CTSP Administration Bureau

The Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP) Administration Bureau awarded the "Green Environment Award" to ten enterprises on December 15th, 2008. Rexchip was one of the ten companies and placed in the top two of this competition.
Driving along Sanfong road, Rexchip's giant white structure begins to emerge suddenly after passing rows of single-story houses. The concept of the "door" in combination with pithy, elegant and geometric design style is the first impression that Rexchip leaves on people. With 49,575 square meters of green area, approximately 8,000 varieties of trees, shrubs and flowers were planted, which is almost two times than the statutory amount. Not only do the employees enjoy the green environment, but also guests are fascinated by the scene. One of the most favorite areas the employees enjoy is the rest area. When people see plants blowing in the breeze through the French windows, it helps them feel relaxed and happy.
Two years ago, when Rexchip began construction of its first Fab, the whole area was but a desolate piece of land. However, after implementing design inspired by horticultural, ecological and cultural knowledge, the whole landscape presents an artistic, vivid and pleasing aura as management had hoped. In 2008, the CTSP Administration Bureau invited landscape and planting design professors to judge the enterprises' performance in the Central Taiwan Science Park. In the end, Rexchip was honored with the 'Green Environment Award' in December and will continue to coexist in a healthy, beautiful and delightful environment.
